All support and sales questions are done through email.

We check and respond to emails at least one time each business day. You can normally expect a reply within one business day.

If your question is about your particular schedule or plan, it's helpful if you attach your file. Do "File -> Save As" to find where it's saved. The files have the same logo as the software, and have ".cxc" extensions.
