Our support hours are 8-5 CT, M-F. Apart from a break for lunch, you can expect a response fairly quickly. If you contact us outside of our normal business hours, you can expect a response the following day.

If you email a question about your particular schedule or plan, it's helpful if you attach your file. Do "File -> Save As" to find where it's saved. The files have the same logo as the software, and have ".cxc" extensions.
