Custody X Change was created because an attorney requested the program to help him with his clients. This program allows you to easily create child custody agreements. You put in the schedule your client wants (or use it to show your client various custody schedules and how the different schedules will impact them) and then you divide the holidays between the parents. You can also add in special one time events, recurring special events, and vacation time. You can have the computer put in these times for as many years as you'd like--so if your client has a question about Labor day in five years you can easily pull it up and see. Custody X Change can be used in any state. Every state has different child custody laws, and so this program purposefully doesn't use the exact wording for any one states child agreements. This way a lawyer merely has to take the schedule created by Custody X Change and put it in the format used for his/her state. This makes it easy for professionals anywhere to use.
