Custody X Change is software that both parents and legal professionals use to easily create child custody agreements and parenting plans.

Using Custody X Change, you set up:

You can then print the calendar and give it to the other parent (or send it over email) so you're both always on the same page.

Finally, the software makes record keeping / journaling super easy. It then produces a time-difference report and a log / journal report - both useful for modifying an existing order to obtain more parenting time.

1. Because filling out your information shows your commitment to fixing your custody situation.
2. Because the email list is used to answer your questions, give bonuses, and send updates.
3. And because it helps me keep track of how many free trials are being given out.

I live in -, does the software calculate the correct numbers for child support here?

Yes, it works for -. It works everywhere in the world - it calculates percentages, hours, and overnights.

Can I use the reports as legal attachments where I live?

Absolutely. "Because it accurately and clearly states all the terms, there is no problem using it as an attachment to the decree." -Judge David Day

The software is installed and in use in multiple states in courthouses and government facilities.

Where I live weekends start on Friday, not Saturday (or vice-versa).

No problem. Go to Options -> Plan Options, and change it there.

How can I print the calendar for 1 month / 24 months / X month(s)?

Set the dates in the status bar at the bottom of the program and then preview the calendar.

My one-time events and holidays aren't changing the timeshare - Help!

Double check the dates at the bottom of the program. Timehsare is being calculated for that specific period of time.

Is the software MAC compatible?

Sorry, it's not, and there are no plans to make a Mac version. Sent from my iPhone

Update: Looks like it is possible.

1. I met up with a customer in Boston to talk over some ideas for improvement and he surprised me when he showed me the software running on his macbook. His solution: dual-boot windows. Apple explains how here

2. I talked with a customer who purchased it at work b/c they had a PC there, instead of at home. That gets around the Mac problem.

3. And I talked with another customer who said she's using VMWare Fusion to get Custody X Change on her Mac Laptop, and that it's really easy to use. See how to do that here.

How does this certain feature work?

If you're just getting started I'd suggest you watch the how-to videos I created (links are provided in the trial). More complicated questions could be answered by the help file inside the software, although it hasn't been updated in a little while.
