WHat do you do in the case were the child, 16 almost 17 years of age, does not want to spend time with the non custodial parent, and instead chooses to stay with his grandfather, to whom he is very close.

The other parent says they are not traveling but I know the kids will be spending the weekend plus at their grandparent's house without the parent for longer agreed in the court order. The kids said the other parent is traveling. It's what the other parent says versus what the kids says. Honestly think the other parent is lying and violating the order. What can I do?

What do you do when the other parent repeatedly violates the right of first refusal and leaves the kids with someone else without calling you first? Is there a complaint or petition you can file? What can I do?
