My husband submitted written and audio (in his ex’s own words) proof that his ex was lying about the information she completed on their form and Child Support told him they would not be holding her responsible. So, If they are not going to hold one person responsible they cannot hold anyone responsible. So lie, lie, lie, make them prove how much money you make. If they threaten to charge you contact us, we are looking for evidence that they are discriminating against more than just us. We are interesting in filing a class action law suit against them for discrimination.
