I denyed him visitation one time because of this. he hasn't attempted to see the kids other than that one time. He is now saying that he can get full custody and move the to houston because of that. He hasn't seen them in 6 months and hasn't paid child support in 3. Now that they are married they are trying to bully me into doing whatever they want, i am sticking to my guns and the rules layed out in our decree, yet he still maintains that he doesn't have to prove me unfit to gain full custody. any thoughts?
